Klimt Trees

                                 

   

Under the direction of our illustrious student teacher, Miss Emily Horvat, the fourth graders created fanciful trees in the style of Gustav Klimt. Students also added their own personal symbols.                                                        

                          

Birch Tree Landscapes

 

4th graders learned how to make a resist in watercolor painting by using tape to mask off areas in their work which would "resist" the watercolor paint, thus leaving the paper white.
